Dallas has worked in the real estate industry for 14 years and has a background in both residential and land sales. He specializes in residential single-family properties for both buyers and sellers, as well as new construction for spec sales, off-market sales and land acquisition for investor builders. Specializing in the neighborhoods of Arcadia, Arcadia Lite, and the Paradise Valley and Scottsdale communities.
An Arizona native, Dallas was born and raised in Arcadia where his family’s roots span four generations. Dallas prides himself on offering his clients an unsurpassed level of customer service by utilizing his market knowledge, attention to detail, and by sharing with his clients the intricacies of the local communities he specializes in. Dallas communicates with his clients throughout the home buying/selling process to ensure that every transaction goes smoothly. When he is not selling homes, Dallas enjoys spending time with his wife and sons. He is an avid NBA and college basketball fan and has interests in snowboarding, cars and auto racing.
